Horizontal rain in the Brecons. "So what!" I thought, "I have waterproofs." I wandered off, heading up towards Pen Y Fan. A few hours later and I was back at the car removing my outer layers. I was generally dry but suspiciously not as dry as usual. My outerwear was losing its effectiveness at repelling water. Where beaded water would run off, damp patches had formed. A quick trip to Cotswold Brecon and I left with this handy little tub. Now my waterproofs are waterproof once more!

This is great value, I have tried this when using a washing machine and also when hand washing (make sure you use gloves). The hand wash appears to have done a much better job and it also uses far less wash - result!
