This is a fantastic bag to run with,very comfortable.The side pouches hold water bottles easy,or you can use a hydration bladder. Easily carry's a fleece,waterproof(just in case)My only complaint is the zips on the side pouches run the wrong way.A good tailor can fix this.

I bought this small lightweight pack for use on daywalks and mountainbiking, when used with the Osprey Hydraform it is perfect companian carrying waterproofs, maps, snacks etc in the main compartment and keys, cash and your phone in the usefull pockets on the hipbelt.
