More like an outdoor home than a tent, this extremely spacious tent from Outwell pitches easily in one go, sleeping up to 6 people.

The Montana 6 provides the perfect balance of living and sleeping space for your family. Large windows and 3 doors create a light and airy living area and you can zip up the curtains for a more cosy feel and privacy at night. Other very handy features include electric cable entry points, colour coded pegs, and organiser pockets. With an extremely sturdy steel structure and extra reinforcement on stress points, you'll feel safe and secure if the weather turns and a sealed groundsheet system provides excellent protection against dust, dirt, insects and rainwater. Outwell have even thought of making the guylines luminous for visibility, to avoid those nasty trips and falls.

With all these features and much more, it's no wonder that Outwell call the Montana 6 their "all conquering" tent!

Fantastic Tent, Well Worth the Price Reviewed By Joanne, 02 May 2012

The Outwell Montana 6 is a superb tent, you can comfortably fit 6 people into it, although we mainly use it for 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. it is very waterproof, following 2 weeks of British Summertime rain, it wasn't until the 13th day that we got any water in and that was only when the wind flicked the roof up and a couple of droplets came through, nothing got wet.
I recommend watching the video as to how to put the tent up, the first time it took us just over an hour, but now, my husband can put it up on his own (with me just holding one guiderope) in 30 minutes.
You can take everything, even the kitchen sink, when camping in this tent. We use the side porch for storing alcoholic beverages and have the canopy extention on the front, which provides shade from the sun for our daughter when she is sat outside eating.
There are lots of pockets on the outside of the bedrooms which are really handy for storing things. The tent is all enclosed, so not escaping children or dogs under the bottoms of the tent like we had with our old one... nor floods of water going straight through after torrential rain overnight.
The only bad thing I can say about this tent is the weight, it is very heavy at just under 34kg, but, that is what husbands are for!
