This great-looking jacket features brand new, innovative Polartec® NeoShell® fabric that cleverly combines the comfort and breathability of softshell with the all-weather performance of a hardshell. Actually, Polartec® NeoShell® is heralded as the most breathable waterproof fabric on the market, so you'll stay dry inside as well as out, and the low bulk, lightweight fabric also offers essential wind protection in cooler conditions. Built in stretch allows a full range of movements, making the Stretch Neo an excellent choice for climbing and fast-moving alpine activities. The jacket is also engineered for versatility, with a medium active cut, a range of secure pockets for storage and fully adjustable cuffs and hem, as well as a well-designed helmet compatible hood with a wired peak.

I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and it is excellet. The neo-stretch material makes it a thin and lightweight jacket but waterproof and windproof and very comfortable to wear. lots of space in the sleeves makes it excellent for for high eneryg activities such as climbing where arm movements are important and arent constricted. This was my jacket of choice to take to the atlas mountains for mid-winter mountaineering conditions and i look forward to using it on future mountaineering expeditions and all my boat work out at sea, or just puting it into my bag for those quick walk to the shops. Definately recommend to anyone who loves being in the outdoors and wants a reliable, lightweight and freedom of movement for any activity. Well worth the price .... even makes you look good too with its good fitting round the body to minimise draft spaces.
