I bought this rain cover 2 weeks ago and its keeps the little one Dry and warm. Its build quality is good too with that strip across the chest that glows in dark.

My toddler loves splashing in the rain and due to the British weather has had great use out of the Regatta puddle splash suit. A good fit and well worth the money. We even used the splash suit over warm clothing for our Winter weather and there was no wet clothes to worry about. A recommended buy !!
