This gel gives a great energy boost when needed. I use these on my runs and they really help me carry on. This is one of the best gels i have had so far.

Ideal for those longer runs. Handy sized packet which are easy to take whilst moving. When cold though the tear off strip is a little difficult to grip but hey! using your teeth works!

These slip down easily with very little sticky residue and no extra water required. Easy on the stomach and readily ingested, also easy on the taste buds as the flavour is not as artifical as most other gels I've used. Carb level per shot is on par with other brands and my choice of gel for both training and events. They work for me.

of all the energy gels out there, this one is the best, it keeps you going for 3-4 hours during any activity however, it is quite expensve but it's worth buying

I've tried out a couple of other brands of energy gels before these, and these are my favourite by quite some considerably margin. They are easy to use (I know that sounds daft but 2hrs into a long run you don't want to be faffing around struggling to open the thing!), haven't made my stomach cramp up and they almost taste good too! Although not cheap (I think they're about twice the price per gram of carbohydrate compared with the equivalent "Go-Fuel" powder), they are very convenient and if you're doing a race with water provided at checkpoints, it'd be a lot easier using these than trying to make up drink from powder.
