I love these insoles. I wear wellies a log for walking the dogs and even very expensive wellies just don't give any impact absorption. I used to suffer from plantar fascitis and using these footbeds has certainly helped to keep it at bay.

I bought a pair of these when buying a new pair of mountain boots. They give added cushioning to rigid sole boots making the boots much more comfortable during a long day. They also lessen the "shock" on decent. If you have a bad back like I have; these footbeds will allow you to use quality rigid boots without having to compromise on either comfort or safety.

Purchased to replace footbed in a favoutite pair of boots. Good support and comfort but the extra cushioning does lift the foot in the boot a bit so do check fitting before comitting.
