A Great Head Turner Reviewed By Jon, 12 Jul 2012

Once seen in the Bridgemere Cotswold store, I was struck by the unique analogue indicators on the stylish white face, all of which looked great around the brown leather strap. Then I tried it on and as I listened to the assistant tell me about the compass, temp and tide functions, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was, particularly as it is a large faced watch. The way the indicator dial smoothly rotates to locate the function indications is very clever and it was this unique selling point that made me purchase it there and then – normally I spend forever choosing a watch. The manual is clear and explains why the watch has to be off the wrist to calculate both outside air temperature and compass direction accurately. Backlight is also classy and the watch is ideal for those of you who do watersports.
This is a stylish watch for both the outdoors and smart occasions and as I now wear it most of the time it appears to be a great head turner - I would definitely recommend it.
In summary, a very unique, stylish but rugged and simple watch to use.

Stylish watch, but no perfect. Reviewed By Steve, 10 May 2012

Seen this watch on the internet and liked the unique analogue indicator for compass, temp and tide. Looks great and the strap is very comfortable if a little stiff to put on. I love the way the indicator dial rotates back and forth when switching between modes. You need to read the manual to make sure the watch is setup correctly but after that its easy to use. One thing that's annoying is that the second hand does not exactly line up with the markings. Temp reading is not useable unless you leave to settle away from your body for 10 mins. Backlight seems to nicely light things up at night.
I would definatley recommend this watch in my few days of ownership. However I think Timex could make it superb watch if they ironed out a couple of the minor niggles.

Great watch, two flaws. Reviewed By Dan, 24 Jul 2011

This is a stylish watch for outdoor types. The compass and tide clock are nice features and the overall styling is great. Unfortunately, the temperature sensor is confused by body temperature and the housing is just big enough to rub slightly against the back of the hand. However, it's otherwise extremely good and I wear it all the time regardless.
