The Vango Beta 450 is an extremely popular 4 person tent, offering a comfortable sized sleeping area and spacious accommodation for camping trips and short holidays.


A huge porch area with double entrance can be used to store your gear, bikes and provisions. A higher central pole makes the porch spacious enough to be used as extra living space too. Clear window fabric allows maximum light into the living area if the weather keeps you indoors. Other great features include a mesh door for ventilation and durable polyester for excellent protection from the elements. Not only that, but pitching is extremely simple and fast with a pitch in one system and colour-coded fibreglass poles. I actually have the Beta 350 3 man version. However I can recommend this range as I know several people who have them. I go camping on my motorcycle. The tent is compact a reasonably light when stowed. Is very quick to erect and can be pitched all in one or as I prefer Outer first. This is handy when pitching in the rain. The tent is well laid out and has plenty of space for storing of crash helmets riding gear etc. One of the doors can be used left open with just an insect net in place, which helps the already good ventilation on those warm evenings. I have used mine in very heavy down-pours of rain and stayed completely dry. A well thought out tent, well made, good size and stable. Rick
