Tastes OK but not very filling and expensive. Reviewed By Jake, 28 Oct 2012

This tastes good if heated up but awful if not. Not very filling but just about OK for Bronze D of E. For Silver and Gold, the better option is porridge. Also, this is very expensive at about £4 a pack.

My children go out on hiking expeditions with school and love this food when they camp. I'm told it actually tastes real and fills you up(my 14 year old son will eat two for a meal, but all his friends find one sufficient). It is best to heat it up, but also tastes OK cold if you don't have time. I actually found an old chilli con carne one of these that needed eating up, so I served it up for tea with a baked potato and the family loved it. Great product!
