i brought these just as a precortion for working on my horse yard and found that i had much mor stablity on the snow and ice when leading horses and doing general tasks. i would recomend these to any one as they are small and compact, light weight and a useful bit of kit in bad weather

Had a pair of Yaxtrax Pro for a Christmas present and have now been able to try them out today. I was sceptical at first about the capability of this item but have to say that I found them to be excellent and gave me much more confidence to walk where I live - where the streets are frozen solid. Really improve grip I've a husky to walk and need all the help I can get in winter...but they got caught on a piece of chicken wire and snapped after only the 3rd outing , good on snow and ice but not the strongest material :(

Yaktrax are fantastic when it comes to getting that extra bit of grip! There is nothing worse than worrying that your going to land on your bottom before each step! The Yatrax are simple to put on and take off and snuggley fit on your walking boots or shoes. Once your done they neatly fold up which is great. The Yaktrax are easy to clean aswel as they just need to be rinsed down under the tap. All round a great companion when going hiking or walk out a walk when it's slippery.

After recently finding the yaktrax pro at your store, we decided not to wait for snow to wear them. My husband and I jog and walk our lab on slippery pathways in fields and woods and these yak trax pros are keeping us steady and safe. We also picked up a few pairs for US relatives, who live in New England, where winters are snowy and icy during the long winter months.

Last year with record levels of ice and snow I noticed with increasing regularity, tracks that I later found out were Yak Trax.I have just purchased a pair to put on my boots when the weather turns slippery again and will know people will follow in envy as they slip and slide while I walk sure footed.Bring on the ice and snow!
