An Excellent Jacket = Great Bargain!!! Reviewed By Steve, 10 Apr 2013

Having spent and age trying to find a breathable and light-weight jacket which had pit zips, I finally stumbled across this one and decided to take a bit of a gamble, given the reduced price.

The gamble has paid out in bucket loads too and I have to say I'm very happy with this jacket. Very waterproof, very breathable, excellent hood to keep your head protected in the worst of weather and good venting options thanks to the pit zips (a god-send if you tend to run hot like me).

I was a bit unsure about the colour at first, but I have to say it looks better in reality, as the green is pretty bright (I like to be seen on the hillside), rather than a more muted affair that these pictures seem to show it being.

The jacket cut is athletic, which tends to be the in thing at the mo. Personally I like this style of cut but it might not be to everyones taste. On top of this because this jacket is designed for more active adventures, it is shorter than some, so might not suit everyone. This hasn't been a problem for me though, as I personally prefer this shorter style of jacket.

Overall, a great light weight jacket with excellent breathability and weather resistance, and at a great price. A bargain to be had, if ever there was one!!!!

Fantastic jacket really well designed Reviewed By Hannah-May, 19 Jan 2013

Got this jacket last week and wore out in the snow all day, stayed bone dry. Hood adjusts great so can be used without helmet. Pockets are perfect for access whilst wearing a rucksack. Thejackets light and breathable but packs away so small. The pit zips are easy to use and great for venting. I have yet to get out in proper driving wind and rain but fom the way water just beads up and runs off I can't see it being a problem. And with £80?off you can't go wrong.
