The Sōl takes the Jetboil to the next level of speed and light weight; the Sōl Titanium takes it further.

The Thermo-Regulate Burner unit, which delivers consistent heat output in temperatures down to -6°C, is twinned with a titanium FluxRing cup. The FluxRing heat exchanger ensures heat is delivered directly into the cup, and a Neoprene jacket prevents it escaping. The whole unit clips together during use and packs neatly into itself when you're done; the resultant package only weighs a stunning 245g!

In addition to that, a lightweight measuring bowl clips onto the base of the unit, protecting the FluxRing in transit, while a pot-support and stabilising tripod add greater versatility and practicality. Fuel cartridge not included.

100% great.

Bought this as a light weight cooking system for me and a friend whilst wild camping in dartmoor. Brilliant. A cup of boiling tea in less than 3 minutes. Dinner hydrated in less than two minutes. It cooks fast, cools quickly is compact and light. There are a few qualms, but the pros outweigh the cons.
The cup sometimes doesn't remove as easily from the flame unit as it should. The cup gains the fin marks within it. They are almost burnt on! The equipment stores in the cup, and the metal bits as you slide them in I worry they will scratch the cup.
That's the only downsides to this unit.
I also tried it with a normal frying pan for morning bacon. Using the adapter supplied it cooked the bacon quickly. The smell of bacon in the morning motivated me and my friend to keep on going, despite the heavy rain.
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant

not as good as the original!

i have had my jet boil since they first went on sale and it been one of my MUST HAVE KIT ever since! i still have my old one but upgraded to the sol titanium, its still a good bit of kit but some how just not as tough! the legs soon get snapped and the ignitor can be temperamental.
