Very adjustable and light to carry. I am only 5' tall so I find most Adult' products too large for me, so it was important that I could change it to suit my size.

Good spring action whilst walking. Grip suitable for female hands, comfy fit. Lightweight and compacts down for carrying when not in use. Expensive but worth the money.

The poles look good, and are light and comfortable to carry.
They are not fit for purpose. My husband and I do a lot of walking, and benefit from the use of poles, particularly as he has knee problems descending, and although most of our walks are short, the ground is often rough or wet, and balance and support are very important. We bought a pair of these poles, which are quite expensive about 20 months ago, and they seemed fine for about a year. But then first one, then the other broke in the same way - the lower section worked loose whilst walking and suddenly extended whilst lightly sticking in mud - on placing the pole down the joint snapped! We had the poles replaced, and were given a lesson on keeping them clean and adjusting the joints.

Despite this, to our horror, the exact same thing happened to one of the new poles as we were descending a moderately steep and slightly muddy path.

We can only conclude that these poles are fatally flawed, and a serious accident is a definite possibility. We will be taking them back again. I note that at least 3 other reviewers have reported this problem.
