Good universal kit.
A couple of saline pods would have been good.

Lifesystems kits are well stocked and compact enough to fit in your pack. As a medical professional it's good to carry a small kit that still enables me to deal with minor injuries out on the hill.

This first aid kit is really made for outdoor purpose. No unnecessary stuff, but lots of useful items usually not part of first aid kits (at least the ones I know), e.g. gaffer tape, pain killers, a tiny thermometer. I take it with me to remote and not so remote places and it's the third time I bought one. I preferred the material of the older cases though. Not very cheap, but worth every penny.
I just wish, one could buy single items as refill instead of the offered refill packs. In particular the burn shield sachets are too quickly used up.
