A versatile, general purpose mountain pack in the classic "crag-bag" mould.

To ensure the Half Dome doesn't get in the way when you're climbing, its slim profile is augmented with compression straps to keep it tidy. The contoured harness sticks it snugly to your back, but the stabilising waist strap has been kept narrow and unobtrusive so it can be easily folded out of the way of your harness.

Although it may be ideal for climbers, that doesn't stop the Half Dome being a very versatile daypack for anybody spending time in the mountains: stable, comfortable and with enough space to carry your gear for a day out walking in any conditions, it's a great all rounder.

Well made, good price
I had my camera and a couple of big lenses in a camera bag that I put inside the rucksack. And I could feel the shoulder straps bite. When I bought the sack I saw that the straps were a bit thin, so it wasn't a surprise - and for carrying general stuff I guess the sack is fine.
