A comfortable solution for multi-day treks

The Elbrus ND65:75 Rucksack is a high-spec entry-level pack designed for the female trekker seeking a comfortable solution to multi-day treks and weekend camps without straining their budget. Lots of features, including a large storage volume, and the excellent Axiom adjustable back system makes this incredible value.

Storage is divided into two compartments with a buckled lid allowing access at the top and a lower zip giving access from the bottom. The divider can be removed to create a single larger compartment if you require. There is a bellows pocket on each side of the bag, as well as a flat pocket on the front of the bag and two on the hipbelt to store the small things you need to get to quickly. If you run out of space inside the pack you can strap equipment to the outside using the strong lash points and the supplied accessory straps.

The Elbrus ND65:75 features Lowe Alpine’s radical Axiom back system which is designed to be more supportive and stable than their previous systems and to make it easy to adjust the back length of the pack so you get the perfect fit. You can even make the adjustment on the move with the pack still on your back and by tweaking the back length as you start to go uphill or downhill, you can alleviate the pressure on your shoulders and reduce fatigue. There are two adjustment straps on either side of back panel; you pull one to release the locking mechanism, pull the second to adjust the position of the shoulder straps until they are in the perfect position, then release the first adjustment strap to lock the shoulder straps in that position.

The anatomically shaped moulded back panel is supported by a lightweight sprung steel frame that ensures the load is stable and distributes the load nicely between your shoulders and hips. Ventilation channels across the panel allow air to circulate to and from your back to keep you cool when you are working hard.

Excellent Quality Rucksack
Reviewed By Laura, 04 Jul 2014

I bought this rucksack to complete my Gold DofE hike. Excellent slim shoulder straps allowing for comfortable fitting particularly for a smaller frame. Easy adjustable back system allowing the rucksack to follow the curves of the body but feels secure. Excellent quality material and the rucksack is quite spacious with handy adjustable top. Not the cheapest rucksack but definitely worth the extra money.

Great Rucksack!
Reviewed By Daisy, 03 Jun 2014

I bought this for my world challenge expedition and I love it it is very comfortable and fits really well due to the narrower shoulder fittings and is very easily readjusted to alter the size of the straps to fit your back as well as changing the capacity of the bag.
