It's light, stuff able into a small space. It is warm on a cold day. I maintained a comfortable temperature just walking around in it all day. I plan to use it as a belay jacket. It does not feel sweaty despite the materials used so that suggests good ventilation and breath ability. It's colour goes with most things but I was not looking for a fashion accessory. I like the draw strings which can tighten the jacket in. Length and fit is good. I have not tried the hood I think that will be ok.
The zip seems to be the only thing I would pick a hole in. It is just it can undo from the bottom. Maybe this is a feature or I am rubbish at doing zips up but at 50, I feel I have had enough practice to know maybe this could be a weak point. (E.g Coming undone on the hill when it's blowing). The hood fastening also is a bit pants.

Nice jacket with a good hood that is nice in winter. Used in Slovak Tatra this winter as belay jacket and was great.
Zips don't look too robust but no problems so far. The pockets have vertical zips and always think items may drop out but again no problems so far.
