Fixed frame provides good support and comfort. Adjustable in the right places and fits everything needed for the morning commute.
Minor points, but the frame does distort the internal space of the bag and the chest strap does not have a good storage space for when not in use

You can surprisingly fit a lot of clothes into this bag and anything else you would need for maybe 5 days away. Plenty of pockets and space to fit a water bladder too.
I found the straps a bit uncomfortable with the material they were made from digging into my shoulders and leaving marks. A good bag overall though, would recommend!

Super comfy snug fit. Doesn't roll on your back when walking. I love the airspeed suspension that keeps it away from my back. No more sweaty back! Loads of pockets/compartments.
No purpose built channel for the water pipe from your drink reservoir to slip out through, like on some osprey packs I've seen... Pipe seems to have to come up & out through the open zip at the top. No biggie but can be annoying when it rains and water drips into your bag.
