The backpack is compact and does not jiggle around. The shoulder straps are wide and the pack hangs above the lower waist and does not hit it.
There is plenty of cushioning for a computer.
The shoulder straps are wide, but the weight of the bag with everything in it still made my shoulders tired. The front flap covers everything and looks nice, but to get into the pack requires a little more work and cannot be done on the fly, say while walking.

Good design and build. Clever features that work well. Eye catching, modern and sized perfectly.
The bag needs a holder foe an external water bottle. External, small pocket needs a secure closure to combat theft.
