A protected head means less time thinking about staying warm and more time enjoying the trail ahead. The wool/nylon blend exterior and soft fleece lining of the Flurry Beanie hold in the warmth. Flat-seam construction eliminates abrasion points, and the fleece-lined ear band has a snug, close fit. It's ideal for backcountry touring or icy morning hikes.

S/M is tiny!
Reviewed By Harriet, 16 Jan 2013

I ordered this hat for Christmas as I was wanting a warm hat to carry out walking that rolls up a bit smaller than one of my hats that has ear flaps.

I ordered it in size S/M (my head isn't massive) but was disappointed to find that it only just covered the tips of my ears! It's being sent back for exchange today. It's a shame, as it otherwise looked a nice hat, and in a nice colour if, like me, you manage to get dirt everywhere before you've even set out of the front door!

I'm giving it 3 stars as, if you got the size right, I'm sure it would be a very nice hat. But to me, at least, the sizing seems to be very stingy.
