Cool, clean and very adaptable the Durango VCR is great all rounder that uses VSR entry to give a great alternative to its lace up twin.

Totally revamped, it features wider more supportive straps, which, clamping the foot better allow the firm platform below to be exploited to the max over a wide variety of styles. Like the lace up it has a broader toe and medium last accepting a wide range of foot yet still retains an edge for more deliate and precise action.

A durable and solid all rounder the VCR is at home anywhere you are and makes a perfect shoe for moving through the grades indoors, outdoors or bouldering.

Very comfortable. The ease with which you can slip them off after a climb to cool down is a big bonus.
It had rough bits here and there on the actual rubber before I climbed with it. Surprisingly, a lot warmer than expected -- the fabric breathes, but heats up quickly.

Simple to get on and off, feel good on edging and sloping smears.
Time will tell if they last.

These are the first rock boots I've had so don't have much to compare them to but the look good and are high quality and make a huge difference when climbing. They do come up quite tight so I went half a size up. Otherwise, very pleased.
Bit tight
