Good support, good grip on sole, comfortable and good lacing
Although I treated them before wearing them, the first rain and my feet were very wet.

The ankle support was lumpy and initially caused rubbing.

On three day trek of about 40 miles overall I got bruised heals. Since I have paid £40.00 for better insoles. This is the first pair of boots that this has occured.

boots are light and fairly comfortable. No problems with hikes over the peaks. Good grip in mud and good ankle support.
The laces are a bit annoying as they are quite stiff and undo themselves quite easily if not double knotted.

Not a bad point in itself, but the boot sizes run a little small, I had a half size larger than normal and the fit is good.
