Maldon Enthusiast
Very comfortable straight from the box, and provides good ankle support.
I have had two pairs and the first got a quite badly cut up on sharp rocks after a over years heavy mountain summer and winter use, but I have still bought another pair. Will use this pair for long distance trail walking which is what I believe they are best suited to. Still a great all rounder for lowland and long distance use.

Nottingham Beginner
I have size 12 wide feet so I bought a larger size 13 which fits me really well and gives me plenty of space. I have only been wearing them for a couple of weeks to walk the dog but so far they have been very comfortable and fit well. I did try the newer version of these boots in store but these felt right for me. The staff at Nottingham were really patient and helped me try on nearly every boot in the store. They offered lots of good advice and knew the products really well. Thank you.

Bicester Beginner
I've only had for a few hikes worth, so I've yet to see if they fall apart (although I very much doubt it.
- VERY comfortable
- Excellent waterproofing. Ive walked through streams covering the boots etc and never had an issue.
- 'The little things' - lace stopper things so it doesnt lose the lace tightness if it comes loose - that sort of thing.
A little more slippy than some boots I've tried. After some time the arch in my right foot starts to hurt a TINY bit - but I dont think this is the boot, I think it's my arches being used to rubbish shoes. They are also quite expensive....but probably worth it- assuming they last for years to come!
