Grip on the Swiss Alpine Pass route and good stability in the heel base to avoid stumbling on rogue rocks. I crossed the Sefinfurgge knife edge covered in scree and snow above Murren in my last pair.
Price going up

Light but robust shoe, good stiff sole; great for scrambling in North Wales and hiking up 14ers in Colorado; apart from snow conditions would not wear any other footwear in the mountains.
Quite expensive

Shoe appears fine. Fits very well.
The request for feedback should be asked later. I have not owned the shoe long enough or walked in it far enough to comment upon its comfort or quality. Which would indicate the value of the purchase.
