Stock availability during busy periods


At all times, we strive to ensure that the indicated stock availability and corresponding delivery times are accurate.

Although very uncommon, there can be minor discrepancies between actual and indicated stock levels, due to the extremely busy periods such as Christmas, which can have an effect on delivery times. In the unlikely event that this should occur, it is our policy to inform customers of the expected delay and when the goods are likely to be delivered and we will strive to minimise any delay wherever possible.

Online availability


You will sometimes find that items appear in the catalogue but are not available on the website. Occasionally when we do not have goods in stock, we will remove them from the website temporarily to avoid disappointment. Once the goods are back in stock, they will reappear immediately on the website.

Out of stock items


Products or sizes that are not in stock for home delivery will not show on the website. When an order is placed, it is our policy to inform customers of any delays and to also inform the customer when their goods are likely to be delivered.

Online exclusive products


For selected brands, online exclusive products are available for you to buy that you won't find in any of our stores.
