About the store
Welcome
Our 9,000 sq ft store opened its doors in early July 2006 on the bustling Boucher Retail Park, just off the M1 in Belfast. The store is ideally situated for people travelling into Belfast and is only 5 minutes drive from the Outer Ring.
The store has a vast range of outdoor clothing, equipment and accessories from well known brands such as Berghaus, The North Face, Helly Hansen, Mountain Equipment, Scarpa, Meindl, Salomon and many more, as well as a selection of 'apres outdoor' brands such as Animal, White Stuff and Weird Fish.
So if you're keen on walking in the Mournes, or planning a trip winter mountaineering in Scotland, or further a field, our store in Belfast will be able to help, with friendly knowledgeable staff offering the right equipment advice for the right activity.
Location
Our store is situated just off the M1 motorway, between junctions 1&2 and is in easy reach from Stockmans Lane and Boucher Road. As we're only 3 miles from the city centre, the traffic is a lot lighter, so it's easier to get to us if you're in a hurry. Plus, no more struggling to carry lots of shopping bags through town, when you park close by.
For those of you want to use public transport we have Balmoral train station within 10 minutes walk from us. There's also bus services that stop regularly on Boucher Crescent.
Parking
Once you're here, parking is easy, as the retail park has over 400 spaces.
Outdoor Enthusiasts
We have staff from a wide and varied outdoors background that are keen to offer helpful advice. So whether you're about to go on and climb Slieve Donnard in the Mournes for the first time, or go winter mountaineering in Scotland, or travel off to the far side of the world, we've got the staff that can help make choosing the right equipment easier.
We also like to hear your stories and we learn a lot from customer feedback. So if you have a story to tell, or can advise us on techniques and gear you have used then feel free to drop in. We'd love to see you. p.s. Send us a post card as well from your journeys.
Want to Trial any of our Products at home
No problem. In fact we recommend you do. Pay for your new gear and you can trial it at home at your leisure. We think it's especially important to trial footwear at home, but also jackets, rucksacks, electronics... you name it. All we ask is that if you decide you don't want to keep your purchase you return it as new in the original packaging and retain your receipt.
