Designed to fit men's and women's low to medium volume footwear. The Blue Footbeds are perfect for walking and running as well as a wide range of more specific sports footwear from football boots to skiing and snowboarding boots.

The three keys to every Superfeet footbed are a structured heel cup, which encapsulates and positions the soft tissue directly under your heel which helps to maximise the natural sock absorption in your feet. The rear foot support, which you can sometimes feel towards the back of your arch and the front of your heel, which helps to stabilise your foot reducing the chance of fatigue throughout the day. Finally there is the firm foam stabiliser cap and subsequent layer which combine to create the supportive shape that superfeet are famous for.

Suitable for vegans and free of latex, nickel sulfate, formaldehyde and preservatives.

Superfeet footbeds are most effective when fitted to the shape as well as the size of your foot. If you are unsure, visit one of our stores and a bootfitting expert there will be happy to advise you.

Great inserts!
Reviewed By Joanne, 22 Oct 2014

Bought these inserts to do a 20 mile charity walk. Had been having problems with my previous inserts and getting the odd sore bit on my feet. After my 20miles my feet were a bit sore but nothing like they had been. A really good pair on inserts. Would definitely recommend!

Pretty good but over priced
Reviewed By Andrew, 28 Sep 2013

I bought a couple of pairs for work and leisure to help stabilise my feet from over pronation as a quick fix. I do postural assessment as part of my work as a remedial and sports massage therapist so I know a lot about how arch problems can alter gait pattern and induce unnecessary stress up the legs and spine. They've helped but for the money I'd have been far better off booking an appointment with a podiatrist to have an accurate assessment to have semi-custom orthotics created and installed which would have been accurate to my needs and softer on heel strike as these are just rock hard offering very little shock absorption. It's not wise to continue wearing supports for long periods without a proper check from a qualified professional periodically (and that doesn't mean the bloke in your local walking shop). Also they will alter the dynamic of your shoe and the depth of them will raise your foot up inside a shoe meaning you could possibly no longer have a snug fit around the ankle which is what happened to my Salomon XUltra shoes...they work fine inside boots and mids. They're well made but ridiculously priced, shop around for discount offers, semi custom orthotics are a similar price. I would not buy another set.

Comfortable walking
Reviewed By Katherine, 26 Apr 2013

I bought these to ease my heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Even though I have a high arch, the podiatrist had told me that I don't need high arch supports because my arches are strong and that a neutral footbed would be better. The heel cup shape helps to keep my narrow heel in position, and protect the heel. Walking is comfortable with these footbeds.

Well worth trying
Reviewed By Neal, 17 Jan 2013

These took a little while to get used to and caused initial foot pain which lessened with each outing, the positive side to this was no lower back or shin pain which I've always suffered on long hikes. Well worth a try with the 60 day money guarantee.

Fantastic fit

I really needed to have something to support my foot in my running shoes and these fit the bill perfectly. They make such a difference and improve my performance, I feel much better for having them in!

Changed my walking experience for the better
Reviewed By Oonagh, 12 Aug 2011

I doubted just how good a pair of insoles could ever be and was proved so wrong with these. A SUPER knowledgable and patient "young John" from Costwold store on Boucher Rd, Belfast fitted these footbeds for me into my exisiting boots. I was getting blisters with my existing insoles which were also creeping up at the heel. I got a lesson in the bone structure of my foot and how this product could help me. These hold and support my foot so so well. They honestly made a massive difference for me. This company have a 2 month return policy if you are in any way dissatified with the product so you can't go wrong. Buy them, well worth every penny.
