- They performed as claimed, giving good shock absorption.
Experienced no pain / discomfort of joints which I had previously with the existing insoles that came with my hiking boots.
Would recommend trying these at the same time when buying new boots to get the right size fit of the boots.
The insoles that come with boots these days are so poor quality (thin & cardboard-like) they compress and become useless & need replacing after 20k of wear.
- A little expensive and as they are likely to need replacing once worn down.
