The Women's Monte Lema Jacket from The North Face is a stylish waterproof jacket which is hardwearing and versatile enough to deal with the adventures of everyday life as well as the occasional adventures out on the hills.
Utilising a Hyvent PU coating this jacket is fully waterproof and breathable with sealed seams throughout. A discreet roll away hood is fully adjustable with a laminated peak to stop the rain getting to your eyes should you need it. Equally it isn't bulky or getting in the way if you don't need it. Hook and loop cuffs and a hem drawcord help you tailor the fit to ensure there are no sneaky drafts and wayward winds to steal your warmth when you need it most.
Pit zips are there to be used when you need a higher flow of fresh air while still being protected from the rain. Inside there is a mesh drop lining which works well at wicking away any excess moisture from the layers on your body then dispersing it through the fabric to help it evapourate quicker keeping you feeling comfortable and drier for longer. Just inside the main zip of the jacket there is an interactive zip which you can pair with the same zip of an insulation layer, turning this jacket quickly from just a shell to keep you dry into a shell to keep you super warm and dry.
There is a zipped, mesh lined pocket on the inside with a napolean pocket on the outside along with two lower hand pockets. One of the lower hand pockets can be turned inside out and used as a stow away to pack the jacket down into when you are not using it.

Please note that some items of women's clothing from The North Face are labelled with US dress sizes. A UK size 12, for instance, may be labelled as size 8. All dress size options on the Cotswold Outdoor website correspond to UK sizes.
