People are the most important part of our business. To ensure our staff are abreast of new product developments and that our customers get the best possible advice during their visits to Cotswold Outdoor, all of our staff undergo a continual programme of experimental product training and on the job skills development. With the help of suppliers and using our own qualified instructors, our staff are able to test the latest products in the environment for which they were designed. Cotswold Outdoor also dedicates time each week (in stores) to ensure that our staff receive training that will continue to build and develop product knowledge and customer service.
