It's warm and comfortable. Great for a leisurely camping jaunt...just not a trek.
It's not just big, it is gargantuan! I cannot believe that DE recommends this sleeping bag. There are so many more other brands that are lighter (weight-wise), warmer and MUCH more compact. Putting this into my daughter's DE recommended pack (after condensing as much as humanly possible) was comical to say the least. 70% of the space was used by this sleeping bag. I'm so disappointed with it and more so, DE's recommendation for it. Wish I could get my money back.
