The Womens Greenland No. 1 Special Edition Jacket is a classic with leather detailing and contrasting colours over the shoulders and on the sleeves. The model is based on the very first Greenland Jacket that was designed for climbers.
This well–fitting women's model has a fixed hood and front zip that is hidden behind a protective stormflap with press buttons, the waist can be adjusted with buttons at the back. Small items can be stored in the flapped chest pockets and there are also hand pockets with press buttons at the sides. A natural–toned leather has been added to the hood and adjustable sleeve cuffs.
The jacket is made from Fjällräven's wind and water resistant G–1000 Eco, it's a hardwearing fabric that effectively ventilates moisture away from the skin during activities. For extra protection against wind and water, it can be impregnated with Greenland Wax, which will also increase its lifespan.
In 1960, Åke Nordin founded Fjӓllrӓven in his basement in the Swedish town of Örnsköldsvik. From its very first innovative framed backpacks and lightweight outdoor jackets, Fjӓllrӓven has stayed true to its original mission of making it easier for more people to enjoy and stay comfortable in the great outdoors.
Passionate about protecting the environment that inspires it, Fjӓllrӓven is always looking for new ways to reduce its environmental impact; from its innovative, PFC-free Eco-Shell fabric to its highly ethical and fully traceable Down-sourcing programme.
