Energy source 4:1 Berry is an all-in-one sports drink for use both during and after exercise. It’s part of the High5 4:1 range, so it contains 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part protein and key electrolytes. The carbohydrate content is a 2:1 fructose mix.

The ingredients used in this scientifically formulated blend of carbs and protein with key electrolytes help sustain performance during endurance exercise and help maintain hydration by enhancing the absorption of water. It also helps promote recovery of normal muscle function after exercise and contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This can result in stronger, more resilient muscle.
