Providing pure lightweight warmth, the Summit Down Belay Parka uses 800 fill responsible goose down for cold and freezing conditions. 800 fill down provides high-performance warmth-to-weight ratio and the regular fit is spacious and allows plenty of space for layers and provides extensive coverage, keeping you warm for the climb. The ripstop nylon fabric allows the down to loft whilst maintaining a high wind resistance, and elasticated cuffs provide a tight seal whilst slipping over gloves with ease. The adjustable drawcord hem and hood keep the jacket in place in gusts and prevent drafts. Storage for essentials is provided by mesh internal pockets and external zipped chest and handwarmer pockets.
