The Re-Kånken Mini Rucksack is a special edition of Fjällräven's Kånken Mini Rucksack made entirely from polyester recycled from plastic bottles and dyed with SpinDye technology that radically reduces the amount of water, energy and chemicals used. A neat little backpack with a genius design, but optimised so it can be recycled in a system that saves nature's resources.
The pack is suitable for smaller children and even adults who are looking for a compact backpack. It is perfect for a packed lunch, wallet, water bottle, snack, books and more. The shoulder straps are long and adjustable so they fit both little and big backs. They can be fastened with a button so they are not in the way when they are in their shortest position.
The main compartment has a large zipped opening that makes it easy to pack and unpack. It comes with a foam seat pad in the inside back pocket that keeps the contents pressing against the back. There are two flat side pockets and a zipped pocket on the front. Embroidered logo. It also has an address label inside the main compartment.
In 1960, Åke Nordin founded Fjӓllrӓven in his basement in the Swedish town of Örnsköldsvik. From its very first innovative framed backpacks and lightweight outdoor jackets, Fjӓllrӓven has stayed true to its original mission of making it easier for more people to enjoy and stay comfortable in the great outdoors.
Passionate about protecting the environment that inspires it, Fjӓllrӓven is always looking for new ways to reduce its environmental impact; from its innovative, PFC-free Eco-Shell fabric to its highly ethical and fully traceable Down-sourcing programme.
