The Minimus Lite Jacket features Pertex Shield, a lightweight, stretchy, and highly breathable fabric that offers waterproof and windproof protection in a 2.5 layer construction. This jacket is designed for comfort, boasting a soft touch and remarkable stretchiness, allowing for unrestricted dynamic movement during activities like trail running or fastpacking. The fabric is crafted from highly abrasion-resistant nylon ripstop, reinforced with yarns to enhance durability and resist tearing.
In addition to its flexibility, the fabric excels in breathability, effectively managing moisture during strenuous activities to ensure comfort while on the move. The jacket's total windproof feature prevents cold air from penetrating, aiding in the retention of heat by insulating layers—ideal for both active pursuits and moments of rest. Furthermore, a durable water repellent (DWR) finish enables the fabric to repel light rain and snow, enhancing overall weather resistance.
