The Ultimate Performance Large Cold/Hot knee wrap allows you to stay mobile whilst treating injury by holding up to 2 cold/hot packs on the affected area with a compressive effect. 2 mesh pockets hold the 2 packs included and are held securely in place with 2 compressive and stretchy velcro straps. The included cold/hot packs remain at temperature for at least 1 hour, and take 10 minutes in the freezer or 80°+ water/30 seconds in the microwave to cool/heat.
