National Walking Month is here, and although we may not be able to go on our favourite walks at the moment, we think there’s still plenty to celebrate while we clock up the miles on our daily strolls. In 2020, UK charity Living Streets’ annual celebration of walking will focus on the immense mental health benefits that come from just 20 minutes of walking every day.
To kick things off on Thursday 7th May, we want to help you turn every walk into an adventure with a game of Walking Bingo. Every week in May, we'll be releasing a new Walking Bingo card for you to take on your daily walks. Spot everything in a row or column for your chance to win our weekly prize! To enter: share a picture from your walk, along with your completed card whilst tagging in @cotswoldoutdoor and using the hashtag #WalkingBingo.

Once you’ve downloaded your first Walking Bingo card, join us on Friday 8th May for a full day of walking inspiration across our social channels, with live streams from outdoor experts and influencers on everything from choosing your kit and spotting nature wherever you go walking, to ideas for making walking fun for the whole family and an insight into the daily lives of people living in the UK’s most-loved areas of natural beauty.
Beyond the Bank Holiday weekend, stick with us throughout May when we’ll be sharing expert advice and inspiration for every walker to get you making the most of your time outside, reaping the physical and mental health benefits while keeping yourself and others around you safe, too.
