Patagonia Mens R1 Pullover Hoody
All about this product
The Men’s R1 Pullover Hoody from Patagonia is a versatile, technical, midlayer fleece designed for stop/start activities in cold conditions. Blending minimalism with unconditional performance, R1 midlayers are made for stop-and-go, cool-weather layering that keeps you warm and comfortable across the full spectrum of mountain endeavours.
The Polartec Power Grid fabric; made exclusively for Patagonia, features a high/low interior grid recycled polyester/spandex blend that stretches, breathes and moves moisture whilst also providing insulation. Lightweight and soft on the skin, the R1 Pullover Hoody has a technical fit that accommodates underlayers yet can be worn as a stand-alone top when conditions permit; it compresses down to practically nothing in your pack.
For higher-output use and enhanced mobility, the hoody incorporates lighter weight, super stretchy grid fabric along the side panels, in the snug-fitting balaclava-style hood and at harness line. Details include a minimalist, deep-venting front zipper for temperature regulation, a soft zipper garage to keep your chin comfy, off-shoulder seams that sit comfortably under your pack straps and discreet on-seam thumb holes for added warmth when it’s cold.
HeiQ Fresh durable odour control is an important feature which ensures you’re welcome among friends at the end of the day. The hoody is Fair Trade Certified sewn, which means the people who made the R1 Pullover Hoody earned a premium for their labour.

About this brand
Patagonia’s mission: We’re in business to save our home planet.
Patagonia grew out of a small company that originally made tools for climbers. Today alpinism remains at the heart of a business that still makes clothes for climbing as well as for skiing, snowboarding, surfing, fly fishing, paddling and trail running.
At Patagonia, a love of wild and beautiful places demands participation in the fight to save them, and to help reverse the steep decline in the overall environmental health of our planet we donate our time, services and 1% of our sales to hundreds of grassroots environmental groups all over the world who work to help reverse the tide.
