A rucksack can feel fine when you first put it on and still be completely wrong ten minutes later. The fit is what decides whether the pack feels settled and manageable, or like something you are constantly wrestling with.
Get it right and the weight sits where it should, the straps do their job, and the whole bag moves with you. Get it wrong, and even a light load can feel awkward. But fitting a rucksack properly is not complicated once you know what to look for.
