Great jacket for all weathers

Great jacket

Good jacket - light, warm & waterproof. Useful pocket positioning too. Lining fleece is removeable for warmer days or hot work.

it's a grate all round jacket

i like this jacket it's a nice fit and dose what i need it to do when hill walking it has all the pockets i need to carry the stuff i need when out and it keeps me warm and dry when the wether turns bad

Love this jacket

I've owned this coat for two months now and I've worn it everyday. Partly because it's a great weather beater, but also for the happiness it gives me. It's expensive but worth it.

Nice Jacket

Bought this on offer for £125 which is good value. It's a nice fit, size small. Plenty room to move the arms about. Warm but probably not for sub zero days- more autumn and spring weather. The black finish is good, yet to test in the rain.

Smart and practical jacket

Good quality jacket for cold wet days at a reasonable price (£50 off). A few extra pockets inside would have been good. Good hood that folds away nicely in the collar, little tags to keep the second layer sleeves in place (nice touch), and zips under the armpits were a pleasant surprise. Very pleased with purchase. Well worth checking this one out.

Terrific jacket.

Coming from a place that constantly rains this jacket couples great usability and is delivered at a superb affordable price. The Triclimate versatility of this jacket caters for all the elements of the upcoming winter and also could have uses for the the other season in the calender.
The only drawback that i can find with this jacket is the mesh netting that lines the pockets, as im fearful that these may tear if you get it snagged on an object if carrying in your pocket, such as keys or a keyring.

terrific value for money jacket

saw this online and popped to my local store (milton keynes) the staff were amazing and although they weren't aware of this they did some investigating and found it. the store had one in stock according to their system. the right size and colour but they didn;t know where it was. two members of staff searched for the jacket and finally found it. it fits superbly (rather generous cut) it is top quality for the really cheap price and so far have worn it on a chilly day and chilly night hike and it has performed superbly (was a little on the warm side) i'm so happy with this product and this is my first the north face product as i usually use berghaus products. i am now converted. the pockets are great but i suspect the net outer pockets may not take the abuse i will put it through. the fit is excellent. the quality is excellent 10/10 5 star product

Great Jacket!

Overall i think this coat is one of the best coats i have ever had, its so warm and insulated. I think it is well worth the price.. As soon as i tried it on in the shop i reliesed i have been looking for a coat as good as this and finally i found it, All round brill jacket!

Good versatile jacket-highly recommend

I bought myself this jacket as a self present after wanting one for ages and have literally lived in it since! The two layers can be separated so you have just a fleece or just a waterproof jacket or zip it together to have a warm waterproof. Basically 3 coats for the price of 1 so even better value for money!!
I've since bought a north face padded jilet and found that it can be zipped in instead of the fleece so it's very versatile ... Not sure if any other products do this...
You won't be disappointed :-)

Fantastic all round, Value for money!

I bought this coat as I scuba dive and so need something wind and rain proof for when I'm setting up my equipment and for afterwards. The main concern is keeping warm and this is exactly what this does. It's a great fit i'm a size 12 and ordered the Medium and it's perfect. ALso a great coat for walking the dog! Really love the removeable fleece and the vent zips under the arms are a super idea. Highly recommended!

great everyday coat

Wanted a good waterproof coat for walking the kids to school every day. Fed up with purchasing a mid range high street brand coat every year only to be disappointed and ending up soaked through after a 30 min walk. Spent more than usual but was not disappointed. Keeps me warm when it's cold, dry when it's wet, and don't get too hot. My only one criticism is that the pockets only have a mesh lining and I can imagine that after not long something such as keys will damage this; would have preferred a solid material.

I love this jacket!

Having coveted a North Face jacket for a while I took advantage of the special offer and treated myself. It feels like an old friend already. Beautifully made, as you would expect; the inner is securely fitted but easily detachable. I love the fact that there are plenty of pockets, inside and out and also in the fleece when that is worn alone. There are zippable vents under the arms which I'm not sure I'll ever need but nice to know there's the option to cool off without going mad and actually taking the jacket off. I like the shaped hood though prefer to keep it out, as packing it away in the collar does make the collar a bit bulky. Love it. Very pleased with myself.
