A basic kit but with the right stuff in for basic first aid, and a little space to squeeze a couple more things in if you would prefer.
Used for DofE groups, supplemented with extra triangle and bandage.
Nice to get a box of Paracetamol, but not really necessary, take them out, make some space and you can get more in!
