- Lightweight walking pole for a reasonable price.
When first purchased a pair some years ago now they were on offer.
Lost lower end of one of the poles recently because I did not tighten the pole when stowed on my rucksack.
Price has since increased considerably; needed two poles so had to purchase another, which was the price of two I purchased some years ago.
I found them to be one of the best purchases I have made for long treks, taking strain off the knees, especially coming down from steep summit and over difficult terrain.
Cheaper than seeing a physio for strained knees I guess!
Keep them clean and mine have lasted for over 6 years. Used them on GR20, long Lake District treks and every week since purchase.
- Make sure you tighten the poles when stowing. But that was my fault!
Have not found a fault with them.
