Great value trousers for walking and scrambling
Reviewed By Abel, 21 Nov 2013

Great all round trousers for most outdoor pursuits, the DWR is awesome when you buy them and it has yet to wear off, the water still beads off really nicely. The double layered knees and seat mean you don't have to worry about rips tec when you're scrambling on the rocks, and they're a flexible enough fit for some light rock climbing as well.
The only activity I wouldn't recommend these for is cycling, as they are a wide fit so would get caught in the chain, but that's not what these were designed for.

For general hill walking, you needn't look anywhere else

Excellent Trousers for every day wear.

Comfortable / Dry quickly when wet.
Reviewed By Alan, 26 Jul 2013

I've had these trousers now for about a year. I wear them at work in all weathers, they are very comfortable and pretty good in winter as well. The only gripe I have with these pants is washing them. Because of the material they're made of they get washing powder residue left on them after a wash. Doesn't matter whether you turn them inside out or not. The only thing you can do to get rid of it is rinse them through again(bit of a pain). One more thing, the pants fade very quickly as well. I only realised this when a work colleague of mine bought a pair and mine look like charcoal grey compared to his! I have given an honest review of these trousers.

Good value

Ordered a pair in 34 Regular, great fit and nice feel to them. The seem to be very well made and dry quickly after a light shower. Very impressed for the price, can't go wrong.

These trousers are great for my Duke of Edinburgh's award expedition - they are really comfortable, lightweight and a good fit. Perfect for any hiking expedition. They are really good value for money too!

Excellent for walking, scrambling and value for money. Though not waterproof do throw off light rain. Dry off very quickly so legs do not chill

Most comfortable and well fitting walking trousers
Reviewed By Jeremy, 03 Oct 2012

I was delighted yesterday to find a second pair of "Craghoppers Mens Terrain Trousers" 34" S. These trousers have the feel of solft cotton, are the best fit I have achieved with off the peg walking trousers. They are now my "everyday" trouser of choice. Once again Craghoppers" and "Cotswold Outdoor" have done it again with courteous and helpful service. Many thanks.
