Very compact for suitcase or to fit externally to backpack. Cork handgrips are much more comfortable than the usual Leki grips. Also purchased large snowflakes for soft snow.
Nylon screw thread for snowflake attachment for winter walking is very stiff and difficult - too easy to cross thread.

Lightweight, strong, easy adjustment and very comfortable grip. This is my second set of Leki poles. My previous set, purchased in 2005 and have had very hard use as walking poles in the Alps, Pyrenees, Indian Himalayas and Peru as well as Scottish and English Hills.
A bit expensive but quality costs!
